Mr. Otto was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President of Operations on April 28 2008. Prior to starting with the Company Mr. Otto was employed by EDO Corporation where he served in various capacities since 1979. His most recent position at EDO Corporation was Senior Vice President Strategic Development which he held since March 2005.
