Frank Piani, Director
Mr. Piani is a resident of Newport Beach, California and is a real estate developer active in all phases of real estate development. He has expertise in project feasibility, land acquisition, securing entitlements and project financing, land development, construction, leasing and property ownership and management. He has developed, built or managed over sixty commercial properties in seventeen states. These properties consist of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings and residential properties. Mr. Piani has financed his projects with many major banks and insurance companies over the years. Mr. Piani is a graduate of Whittier College. He also served as an officer in the Marine Corps. He is a former director of Stewart Walker Corporation and is currently a director of Ergo Partners, LLC. |
