With over 20 years of experience leading financial and corporate operations, Frank Robinson works with all of DarwinSuzsoft's business units as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He specializes in managing business and financial processes within highly competitive markets. Frank has significant experience in managing acquisitions, roll-up and IPO preparation strategies, and operational and organizational restructuring.
Before joining DarwinSuzsoft, Frank's professional roles included CFO at Cogentric, a solutions provider to evaluate e-business viability; Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Wausau Insurance Companies, an affiliate of Liberty Mutual Group; and various financial management positions at KPMG, working with large and medium-sized, private and public financial institutions. Frank is a CPA and active member of the AICPA. |
