Co-Founder of PerTrac Financial Solutions. Mr. Smith launched the company with Milt Baehr in 1996 with the mission to provide solutions for the technological needs of the financial industry. His earlier experience include serving as a principal of Witter & Lester, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor and Commodities Trading Advisor specializing in stock index futures and options, as well as Managing Director of both Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. and Equitable Securities. Mr. Smith currently serves on the board of Crichton College and is actively engaged in fund-raising and leadership roles for various industry, community, and non-profit organizations. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Economics. |
