Frank began his law career in 1976 as an associate with Davis, Graham & Stubbs. During 1980-1985, Frank was the litigation partner in the firm of Vranesic, Gordon & Visciano, and during 1985-1990 he had his own litigation firm. In 1990 Frank's firm merged with ours and he became the head of our litigation department.
Frank's practice has concentrated on commercial litigation of all types--securities, real estate, banking, employment, bankruptcy and appeals. He has tried numerous cases in the federal and state courts and arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers. Frank has been lead (or co-lead) counsel in the defense of several federal securities class and derivative action lawsuits. He has represented real estate and securities brokerage firms, brokers and customers as well as communications, cable and technology companies, developers, lenders and other business and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes.
