Frank Vivero is an Of Counsel member in the Global Securities department at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, with a broad financial and corporate practice, including the areas of public and private securities offerings and corporate governance. He has broad experience representing issuers and investment banks in connection with the issuance of a wide variety of debt and equity securities in the international capital markets. Mr. Vivero's securities experience includes investment grade notes and bonds, common and preferred stock and American Depository Receipts involving companies from a wide variety of industries, including technology and telecommunications. These offerings have included registered initial public offerings, subsequent primary and secondary offerings and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings coupled with registration rights.
He has advised businesses and international investment banks in significant transactions in Asia and Latin America and elsewhere. Mr. Vivero is currently based at the Firm's New York office, and speaks Spanish fluently. |
