Frank Weisser, Chief Financial Officer, oversees all financial aspects of the company, manages the capital raising efforts, coordinates the introduction of the Technology to selected industry partners, and negotiates Joint Exploration and Acquisitions Agreements. Frank brings 20 years of investment banking expertise, with a focus on energy and natural gas since late1983. After eight years as a generalist investment banker at Merrill Lynch, he joined the Energy Group of Morgan Stanley. In 1984, he sponsored and cofounded the Natural Gas Clearinghouse, today the largest independent marketer of natural gas in North America. Frank moved to the Morgan Stanley Utility Group in 1985 as the senior investment banker for the natural gas industry, and joined Bear Stearns in 1988 as head of the Energy Group. With Scott Johnson (thirteen years as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs) in 1991, he founded Weisser, Johnson & Co., a natural gas investment banking boutique, and Weisser, Johnson & Co. Capital Corporation, a NASD registered broker-dealer. |
