Frank joined TDS in November 1999 as Manager Group Staff Functions of TDS Europe. From January 2001 Frank held the position of EVP Information Technology and Quality Systems, before assuming his current position in September of 2004.
Function
In his current role, Frank is responsible for TDS' global Mergers & Acquisitions activities, as well as related market and competitor analysis. In addition he supports TDS' CEO in determining and formulating the company's long term corporate strategy.
Background
Prior to joining TDS, Frank worked at KBC Bank in Belgium in various management and consultancy positions, mostly in corporate banking. He holds a Master of Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, a Master of Germanic Philology and a Bachelor of Managerial Economics from the University of Louvain, Belgium.
Experience
Throughout his career Frank has had the opportunity to work with the logistics industry as a banker, and in the industry in his roles at TDS. Frank has had responsibilities in the domains of Finance and Technical Support Services; and actively participated in past acquisitions, new launches in Europe and North America, and day-to-day management as a member of TDS' executive team. |
