Mr. Jesse is a founder and member of the Board of Directors of Erimos. He is a partner of Gray Plant Mooty law firm, Minneapolis, Minnesota, with international business transactions and franchising and distribution as his primary areas of practice. Mr. Jesse is a member of several boards of directors, including Zero-Max, Inc. (Chairman), Minneapolis, Minnesota; Integrity Mutual Insurance Company, a member of the Grange Mutual Casualty Group (Vice-Chairman), Appleton, Wisconsin, and Draycott Capital Partners, Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is also a member of the panel of arbitrators of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Beijing, China. Mr. Jesse received his BA degree from Northwestern University and his MBA and JD degrees from the University of Wisconsin. |
