Director since November 2003. Mr. Bullock is one of the co-founders of Sorenson Capital, a private equity firm, and has served as Managing Director of Sorenson Capital since 2003. Mr. Bullock joined the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002 in 1999 as its Chief Operating Officer and in 2002 was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Bullock served as Managing Director of Alpine Consolidated, LLC, which specialized in effecting business consolidations. Mr. Bullock has also served as President of Visa Interactive, was one of the original partners of Bain Capital and previously held various positions at Bain & Company. He serves as a director of a number of privately held companies. Mr. Bullock holds a B.A. in Economics and a M.B.A. from Brigham Young University.
