Fred A. Manley, Jr. is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, cum laude, and Fordham University Law School. He was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1978, the bar of New York in 1979, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in 1990 and for the Eastern District of New York in 1991. From 1978 to 1979, he served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Thomas Dalton, Superior Court of New Jersey. Prior to his joining the firm in 1984, he was associated with the firm of Connell, Foley & Geiser. In addition to surety, fidelity, construction, and commercial litigation, he has substantial experience in the areas of land use, zoning, contracts, legal malpractice, real estate partnerships, and decedent's estate litigation. |
