Mr. Buck has been an active litigator and trial lawyer for almost twenty-five years. He has handled a wide variety of cases at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Buck�s practice currently involves the defense of personal injury litigation including general negligence, commercial motor vehicle, automobile, product liability and construction site accidents. He has also represented life, health and disability insurers in misrepresentation cases, breach of contract cases, interpleaders, and garnishment actions and has participated in the defense of an antitrust case, defamation actions, Dragonetti Act claims, employment actions, insurance agents and brokers professional liability cases, civil rights actions, dramshop cases, insurance coverage disputes, and insurance bad faith cases. Mr. Buck has tried numerous jury and nonjury cases to verdict in the Courts of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, Berks, Bucks, Delaware, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike and York Counties as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He has argued over twenty appeals in the Pennsylvania Superior Court and has been involved in approximately fifteen appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2005, 2006 and 2007 by vote of his fellow attorneys. |
