Mr. Aldridge has served as a director of Tasty since April 1981. He retired as a partner from the Philadelphia law firm of Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young, LLP, counsel to Tasty, on December 31, 1997. Mr. Aldridge continues to practice law and is also the President of The Grace S. and W. Linton Nelson Foundation, a charitable foundation. Pursuant to the Corporate Governance Guidelines, the Board of Directors waived the retirement guideline for Mr. Aldridge who became 72 years of age prior to the 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Aldridge announced that he will retire following the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 10, 2007.
