Fred Anderson was elected to our board of directors in December 2005. Mr. Anderson is a Class II director. Mr. Anderson is a managing director and cofounder of Elevation Partners. From 1996-2004 he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Apple Computer. From 1992 to 1996 Mr. Anderson was CFO of ADP. Prior to that he held several executive positions at MAI Systems Corporation including president COO SVP and CFO. He holds a B.A. from Whittier College and an M.B.A. from UCLA. Mr. Anderson previously served on the boards of directors of Crystal Decisions 3COM and Epiphany Inc. as well as on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Apple and eBay and chairs the audit committee of eBay�s board. |
