Mr. Fred Binstock serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Binstock is responsible for the finance functions of the company, including banking relationships, accounting, billing, legal and credentialing activities. In addition, he manages the company�s human resources department and oversees office administration activities. Prior to joining F&S, Mr. Binstock served as Chief Financial Officer for several companies including AtomicBox Logistics, a third-party logistics service company where he was also a founding member of the executive team. Mr. Binstock served as Controller of Voice-Tel Enterprises, a Telecommunications company, which grew from a $2 million as an early stage development company to a $135 million division of a public company during his tenure with the company. During his tenure at Voice-Tel, Mr. Binstock was instrumental at building a number of areas including finance, accounting and human resources. Mr. Binstock started his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent 11 years on the audit staff serving numerous clients including healthcare companies. Mr. Binstock earned an accounting degree from Kent State University and is a CPA. He has attended numerous seminars since graduating, including the American Management Association�s Management Course. He is an active member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. |
