Mr. Bollin is an experienced and successful leader in applying technology-based solutions to a wide-range of business organizations. Prior to joining Knowledge Factor, Mr. Bollin served in leadership positions at EMC Corporation, from the late 1990's until early 2005. While there, he was responsible for driving top-line revenue, delivering products and services, and maintaining and managing customer satisfaction and support for several of EMC's Tier-1 accounts, including Comcast, Sprint and AT&T. Prior to joining EMC, Mr. Bollin spent nearly eight years at Accenture. During that time, his responsibilities included service delivery, management of significant implementation projects and business development roles. Throughout his time there, he was responsible for building and leading teams tasked with the delivery of technology and management consulting based solutions of increasing significance, including for several of Accenture's Tier-1 clients, such as Comcast (TCI), Sprint, Qwest and PG&E. Mr. Bollin has a BS in Marketing and Information Systems from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. |
