Fred Cromer has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since July 1997.
Fred Cromer brings in-depth airline financial and fleet planning experience to ExpressJet. He co-led planning and presentation for the IPO to spin off ExpressJet from Continental Airlines, which raised $480 million. Fred also spearheaded fleet planning to transform Continental Express to an all-jet airline, reducing operating complexity and driving greater efficiency and economy of operations.
Fred joined Continental as Staff Vice President of Fleet Planning, a position he held from 1995 until being named Vice President and CFO of ExpressJet in 1997. Prior to joining Continental Express, he was Director of Fleet Planning for Northwest Airlines. He earned his MBA in Finance from DePaul University, and his Bachelor�s in Economics from the University of Michigan. |
