Fred Frank is Vice Chairman and a Director of Lehman Brothers Inc. He is Chairman of the National Genetics Foundation, a Director of the Salk Institute, a member of the Pharmaceutical Executive Magazine advisory board, a member of the Board of Governors of the National Center for Genome Resources, Chairman of the Board of The Irvington Institute for Immunological Research, an Advisory Board Member of The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and an Advisory Board Member of the MIT Center for BioMedical Innovation. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Frank was Vice President and Director of Smith, Barney & Co. Mr. Frank has received many prestigious awards including being honored for Outstanding Contributions in the Field of Immunology by the Irvington Institute for Immunological Research in 1998 as well as receiving the Albert Einstein Award from the Weizman Institute of Science in 2004. Mr. Frank graduated from Yale and received his M.B.A. from Stanford. |
