Fred Groser, COO , recently joined Ambassador, continuing his long and prestigious career in the Directory Publication industry. During a highly esteemed 21 year tenure at RH Donnelley, Mr. Groser ascended among managerial ranks to become Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development, and then Executive Vice President and General Manager of their Telco Operations Division, negotiating several major joint ventures and playing a key role in the facilitation of RHD's public offering in 1998. Mr. Groser then joined Verizon Information Services, where he was Area President - Northeast Territory. Responsibilities included, Sales (print & electronic), Marketing, Operations, Publishing, Customer Care, and Human Resources. In addition, he launched Verizon's successful directory expansion into non-franchise markets in Texas, Florida, Colorado, and California. |
