As the Controller in our Accounting and Finance Department, Fred is responsible for the overall financial activities at A&D. He manages and maintains all functions in the Finance/Accounting Department, comprised of General Accounting, Financial Reporting, external and internal audits, Budgeting and Financial Analysis, Credit and Collections, Payroll and Cost Accounting. In addition, Fred oversees the HR, Administration and Information Technology departments. As the main financial executive, Fred reports directly to the President/CEO and is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting and proactively communicating financial performance, health and potential problems to the Company's President and the Board of Directors.
