Mr. Pace is responsible for the overall direction of business affairs for the company. He brings to the group 25 years of progressive experience in the energy industry as an engineer, manager, and business owner with continuously increasing responsibilities for the design, construction and operation of all types of energy-related projects ranging from wellhead to burner tip. His project experience encompasses work in most of the lower 48 states, Alaska and South America on projects with values up to several hundred million dollars. Mr. Pace's pipeline experience includes facilities designed for operating pressures from ounces of pressure up to 10,000 PSIG flowing pressure, in sizes ranging from 2 poly to 42 steel, handling gas volumes of a few MCFD up to 1.5 BCFD. His compression experience includes facilities ranging from field compression reciprocating and screw packages smaller than 100 BHP to reciprocating compressor packages as large as 6,500 BHP to turbine compressor packages as large as 15,000 BHP. Mr. Pace, 46, founded P.A.C.E. Engineering, Inc. of Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1993 as a one-person firm. After successfully growing the engineering services business to 140 people operating in four offices around the country, the firm was sold in 2000 to a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation. He then reorganized the firm to integrate an additional 350 engineering personnel in ten additional offices around the country. Mr. Pace co-founded Clear Creek Natural Gas, LLC in 2003 where he actively served in the capacity of Chief Technical Officer. He is a degreed engineer. |
