Fred brings to duo over 12 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of Information Technology solutions. Fred has created applications for a range of specialized needs in the public and private sectors, and has experience in data modeling, database design, implementation and tuning, programming, networking and managing computer operations. Fred holds a B.A. in Biology with Honors from Skidmore College and an M.S. in Neurobiology and Physiology from Northwestern University, where he was on a University Fellowship and completed PhD work in the study of sleep and circadian rhythms. He is an active member of the Web Analytics Association and CMPros. |
