Frederic M. Poses has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Standard Companies Inc. since January 2000 and has served as a director of that company since October 1999. Before that he was President and Chief Operating Officer of AlliedSignal, Inc., where he had spent his entire 30-year business career, starting as a financial analyst in 1969 and serving in various capacities, including President of the Engineered Materials business beginning in April 1988. He was also a director of AlliedSignal, Inc. from 1997 until October 1999.
Mr. Poses also serves as a director of Raytheon Company. |
