Frederick A. Rossetti is a founder of Knox & Co. and has been Secretary, Treasurer and a Managing Director since 1990. In this role he has directed numerous acquisitions, divestitures, and consulting assignments for Knox clients. These engagements have included a wide variety of businesses in the manufacturing, service and wholesale distribution industries.
Mr. Rossetti is also in charge of overseeing the investment activity of Knox & Co.'s private investment affiliates. In this role he holds the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer of PH II, Inc., President of Jackburn Mfg., Inc., a manufacturer of stove-top grids and Chief Executive Officer of Setterstix Corp., a specialty paper products converter. Further, Mr. Rossetti oversees the financial interests of the Company's principal investments in New Zealand which consist of a resort, golf course, vineyard/winery and land development operations. Mr. Rossetti holds Board positions on all of these investment affiliates.
Mr. Rossetti was President & CEO of THT, Inc., a publicly held company which traded on the NASDAQ. In this role, he oversaw the strategic, operational, financial, SEC and regulatory aspects of the business which was ultimately taken private under a merger transaction. Previously, he served as President and a Director of MCR Industrial Distribution & Service Corp., an entity engaged in the distribution and service of industrial equipment. Prior thereto, Mr. Rossetti has held positions as Vice President of the ROI Group, Inc., a firm specializing in locating acquisition targets and candidates, and Vice President and Treasurer of Automatic Toll Systems, Inc., a company that manufactures toll collection equipment. Mr. Rossetti is a certified public accountant and began his career with Price Waterhouse, LLP.
Mr. Rossetti holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. He graduated from the Boston College School of Management where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting
