Frederick B. Galt

Frederick Galt was appointed senior vice president, legal affairs and general counsel for CDPHP and its subsidiaries, overseeing its legal activities and attorneys in 2006. He served as vice president, legal affairs and deputy general counsel since February 2004. Galt joined CDPHP in 2002 as deputy general counsel.
Galt has extensive experience in commercial practice, counseling senior management of diverse companies across a broad spectrum of legal topics. Prior to joining CDPHP, Galt was an attorney with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP in Albany. He also served as an attorney with Herzog, Engstrom & Koplovitz, P.C. in Albany, and Cahill Gordon & Reindel in Manhattan.
Galt earned a juris doctor degree from Albany Law School of Union University and a bachelor's of arts degree from Ithaca College. He serves on the board of directors for the Woodland Hill Montessori School and is a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. |
