Prior to joining Kionix, Mr. Flynn was an independent financial consultant applying his 30+ years of senior-level financial experience in diversified industries.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and serves as Audit Committee chairman of ATMI, Inc. and Polypore International, Inc. From 1999 to 2005, he was Senior Vice President for Finance & Administration/CFO of CUNO, Inc. where he was a key contributor to this small-cap growth company's success. He also previously held senior financial management positions with GE Capital (1997-1998) and United Technologies Corporation (1979-1995), where he was Vice President and Treasurer.
Mr. Flynn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Boston College and an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
As a member of Kionix's executive management team, Mr. Flynn is responsible for the Company's overall financial policies and practices. |
