Frederick Beinecke currently serves as Catalina Marketing's chairman of the board responsible for guiding the company's strategy and its relationship with investors. Mr. Beinecke has been an active member of the organization's board for more than 15 years. He was elected to Catalina Marketing's board of directors in January 1993, and he also served as a director of the organization from 1985 until January 1990.
Mr. Beinecke also served as the president of Antaeus Enterprises, Inc., a venture capital and marketable securities investment company, and sits on the boards of several private companies. Additionally, he serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations including the Wildlife Conservation Society, the Samuel H. Kress Foundation, the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute and the New York City Ballet, for which he serves as President.
Mr. Beinecke earned a bachelor's from Yale University in 1966, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School in 1972. He is also a member of the Bar of the State of New York, and a resident of New York City where he lives with his wife, Candace. |
