From 1999 to September 2006, Mr. Buckman served as Chairman of Trans-Elect, Inc., an independent company engaged in the ownership and management of electric transmission systems. Mr. Buckman is President of Frederick Buckman, Inc., a consulting firm located in Portland, Oregon. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Buckman was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of PacifiCorp, a holding company of diversified businesses, including an electric utility, based in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Buckman Chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and serves on the Organization and Compensation Committee. |
