Fredrick M. Zullow is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group in Milbank's New York office, and is involved in all aspects of patent litigation practice.
Mr. Zullow's litigation experience includes representing major pharmaceutical companies, particularly ethical pharmaceutical companies, in the enforcement of their patents. Mr. Zullow also has experience representing manufacturers of mechanical equipment and well-known chemical companies in products ranging from automotive components to petroleum products to color imaging.
Mr. Zullow's work on these cases has also resulted in extensive experience in the analysis and direction of the damages phase of intellectual property litigation.
Mr. Zullow is a member of The American Bar Association and The American Intellectual Property Law Association
Mr. Zullow received his Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson College of Technology. |
