Fumin Zhuo has served as our director since December 2004 and has more than 27 years of experience in investment and corporate management. Mr. Zhuo is Chairman of the board for Chengfu Enterprise Management Company since September 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Zhuo has served as chairman and chief executive officer of Vertex China Investment Fund (VCI), a fund concentrating in investments in the Greater China region, since he joined the fund in July 2002. From 1995 to July 2002, Mr. Zhuo was chief executive officer of Shanghai Industrial Investment Corporation and chairman of SIIC Medical Science & Technology (Group). Prior to this, starting in 1987, Mr. Zhuo served as chief assistant officer of the Shanghai Economic System Reform Committee. Mr. Zhuo has extensive experience in venture capital fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and investment management. Mr. Zhuo graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a degree in enterprise management and also holds a Master's degree in economics from Fudan University. |
