Mr. Heinemann has over ten years of executive recruiting experience. He has led and performed numerous successful searches for Fortune 500 clients. At Kendrick Executive Resources, Inc., Mr. Heinemann specializes in the recruitment of senior level executives for IT roles and related fields. He is principally responsible for leading search execution, search strategy, research, and client engagement relationship management. Among his successful searches are, Divisional CIO's, VP's of IT, and Director's of IT across the full spectrum of IT disciplines. He has also performed senior level searches for leaders of finance, sales, marketing, engineering and human resources.

Before joining Kendrick Executive Resources, Inc., Mr. Heinemann served as Director of Research for Technology Partners, Ltd., a retainer-based executive search firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Heinemann's primary responsibilities included developing search strategy, leading all research, and executing search assignments for senior level executives and specialists for technology-based companies. In this capacity, Mr. Heinemann worked closely with clients throughout the entire search process, developing relevant sources, analyzing data, identifying and presenting appropriate candidates.

Prior to joining Technology Partners, Ltd., Mr. Heinemann was a Research Manager in the advanced technology practice of Korn/Ferry International. Mr. Heinemann began his career as a Research Analyst and later became the Marketing Research Manager for an estate and financial planning company.

Mr. Heinemann earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Texas, Arlington, and a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from the University of Dallas.
