Mr. Orvis is Vice President, Controller, joining the company in April 2007. He brings to KPA 12 years of finance experience in the industries of software, technology, manufacturing and agri-business. Mr. Orvis has worked for and audited private and public companies and is a licensed CPA in the State of Colorado.
Mr. Orvis has held several controller positions, recently at Intrado, Inc. where he held senior finance positions as corporate controller, in charge of SEC reporting and supporting a sales group responsible for $284MM in contracts, providing all pricing and negotiations support.
Prior to Intrado, Mr. Orvis was a Senior Manager with KPMG in the Boulder, CO office. Mr. Orvis holds a B.S. in Political Science, a B.S. and Masters of Accounting from the University of Florida. |
