Mr. Kalman is a founder of N-Gene. He has experience in international finance, entrepreneurial business management and venture capital funding. Mr. Kalman is responsible for the business, finance, and administration of the Company and its interactions with the financial community and registrations with state and national governments.
Over the last 17 years Mr. Kalman has been involved in a series of successful companies in Hungary. In addition to founding Biorex, he helped start four companies, including a management consulting business (Consultrade Ltd.), an import/export business (Consulex Ltd.), a branded consumer products company (Ceh Ltd.) and an international franchise business in Hungary (John Bull Pub Ltd.). Mr. Kalman has also been involved with two pharmaceutical companies where he was instrumental in raising significant capital. |
