Gabriel Fernandez is a Managing Director of DTZ Rockwood Asociados, based in New York. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood Asociados he was a Manager with AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp., responsible for underwriting and asset management in Latin America. During his four years at AIG, Mr. Fernandez executed real estate valuations, transaction and market analyses and due diligence for transactions involving $500 million of real estate assets in the industrial, office, retail, hotel and residential sectors. He is a registered architect who has collaborated on a number of institutional and commercial buildings. Mr. Fernandez is fluent in Spanish and has traveled extensively throughout Mexico and Latin America. Mr. Fernandez holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The City College of New York, an MBA in Finance from New York University and a Masters in Design Studies from Harvard University. |
