Ms. Duvall is an associate in the Business Controversies Group. She focuses on corporate reorganizations, bankruptcy matters and civil litigation. Prior to joining Linowes and Blocher LLP, Ms. Duvall was a Financial Restructuring Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP, where she represented official and unofficial creditor committees, post-confirmation committees, bondholder committees, chapter 11 debtors, Fortune 500 creditors and intellectual property licensees, secured creditors and insurers in bankruptcy cases throughout the country. Ms. Duvall received her J.D. with honors from the George Washington University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and a Dean's Fellow. During law school, Ms. Duvall served as a research assistant to two professors. Ms. Duvall also holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
