Ms. Watson's practice focuses on a wide variety of financings, including asset-backed financings structured as debt, pass-through and participation certificates involving credit card and consumer loan receivables, as well as home equity loans and traditional residential first mortgage loans. She has experience representing issuers and underwriters in securitizations in rent-a-shelf and conduit formats.
Ms. Watson has assisted investment banking firms in developing the documentation to establish flow purchase programs for loans to be securitized, as well as the program documentation for the securitization. |
