Gail Meneley is a Founding Principal with Shields Meneley Partners. She and her Partner, Hugh A. Shields, have worked with hundreds of top executives from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, including Allstate, American Red Cross, Anheuser Busch, Anthem Health, Bank One, Baxter, Bristol Meyers, CNA, DaimlerChrysler, Fleming, Fort James, Galileo, GE, Heller Financial, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald's, Motorola, Quaker, R.R. Donnelley, and Sears.
Meneley has extensive P&L, strategy development, and leadership experience at top executive levels within professional services, financial services and nonprofit sectors. She was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Financial Education, a national financial services training organization based in Chicago. More than 60,000 financial professionals attended programs annually in more than 250 branches across the United States.
Meneley began her career with West Virginia University and DePaul University, moved to the American Savings and Loan Institute, and spent the majority of her career with the Institute of Financial Education where she was promoted to CEO and served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She has also served on the boards of public and not for profit corporations, including, the United States League Management Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the United States League of Savings Institutions in Washington, DC. |
