Gail serves as the chief legal officer leading and managing the company's legal and regulatory affairs. She advises Forrester's board of directors executive team and operating and corporate services groups on a variety of issues and maintains the company's relationships with external legal counsel.
Prior to joining Forrester Gail served as counsel for Morse Barnes-Brown & Pendleton focusing on corporate and securities law matters and mergers and acquisitions. Before this she served as the vice president and associate general counsel for Harcourt General and its affiliate The Neiman Marcus Group where she managed acquisitions divestitures corporate finance securities law compliance and general corporate counseling.
Earlier in her career Gail worked as vice president and assistant general counsel of Digital Equipment Corporation. In the span of 14 years with Digital she served as senior corporate and securities counsel and corporate secretary to the Board of Directors worked on corporate financings and strategic investment and divestment transactions and was a key member of the legal team that completed a merger with Compaq that created the world's second largest computer company.
Gail holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York Buffalo. |
