Gail also has corporate recruiting experience as an in-house recruiter during a period of rapid growth and management transition for a client company in the plastics processing industry. Prior to relocating to Connecticut, Gail was President of Reid Ellis Associates Limited, an executive search firm specializing in manufacturing management and engineering in the Toronto area. She developed strong client relationships in various industries including multi-national OEM manufacturers and suppliers, and privately held R & D concerns in the food processing and packaging areas. Successful assignments have been completed in Canada, the USA and the UK.
Gail was educated in Canada at the University of Toronto and Sheridan College. Areas of study included Arts, English, Organizational Development and Business Management. She is a Registered Professional Recruiter. |
