As Clear's Chief Financial Officer, Gail Pierce is responsible for the strategic direction, operation and management of the company's financial resources. Gail works closely with the Clear financial management team and board of directors to develop and implement the company's financial and growth strategies. She offers an impressive track record of experience in financial management and in helping technology companies achieve significant growth and establish market leadership positions. Prior to joining Clear, Gail was most recently Chief Financial Officer with Newmerix Corp. where she had responsibility for all financial functions as well as human resources, recruiting, contract management, risk management and legal. With over three decades of professional experience, Gail has also held senior financial management positions with The Dante Group, Client Systems, LLC among others, and was also co-founder and CFO with Collaboratek. In addition to her extensive professional experience, Gail holds a Masters in Business Administration from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Denver. |
