GAIL RABASCA, GMS Vice President, Global Services As Vice President, Global Services, Gail Rabasca is responsible for the strategic direction and management of MSI�s global mobility programs, worldwide business partnerships and global service teams. She is a proven and innovative global leader with extensive cross-cultural experience and expertise in global mobility and international assignment management. Rabasca has traveled to over 60 countries throughout Asia Pacific, EMEA and The Americas.Before joining MSI, Rabasca held several senior management positions within the global relocation industry. In her most recent role as Vice President, Global Business and Network Development, she completed short term assignments in Hong Kong and London, while managing the global supply chain and strategic alliance relationships worldwide. Concurrently, Rabasca opened the company�s Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong, introducing regional service capabilities and improving market penetration. Rabasca has conducted seminars and conferences worldwide on international assignment management and the cultural impact on successful transition. She has designed and implemented innovative, best practice programs and global partnership initiatives. The author of numerous articles on global relocation, Rabasca has been a member of Worldwide ERC��s Global Workforce Symposium Planning Committee and Global Advisory Council. In 2004, she received ERC�s Meritorious Service Award.Rabasca holds a degree from the State University of New York and is a graduate of Thunderbird University, The Garvin School of International Management�s Executive Program in Global Leadership, Management and Strategic Implementation. |
