Galen Reese has the ability to recognize an opportunity for change and make it happen efficiently and successfully. He has more than 25 years of experience in business and industry, constantly working as an agent for improvement.

Before joining CLG, Galen served as an internal consultant for a Fortune 500 company during a time of extensive reengineering and innovation. He was instrumental in developing and establishing key change methods throughout the corporation, including major business process improvement, statistical process control, product quality tracking information systems, and high-involvement work teams. He has consistently been bringing that expertise to CLG clients for more than seven years.

Galen uses his understanding of behavioral science to make the change process happen smoothly. He trains executives to lead more effectively during times of change and identifies ways to improve processes for lasting results.

Galen holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and is a member of the American Society for Quality.
