Mr. Land has more than 25 years of experience providing construction
management services to electric utilities, independent power producers,
petroleum refineries and chemical processors, pulp and paper facilities,
and other industrial and commercial facilities. He is adept at identifying
and resolving issues related to project and construction management,
performing due diligence reviews for financing and acquisitions,
preparing and analyzing project and construction costs, preparing and
analyzing project and construction schedules, and conducting
independent claims analysis for construction projects. Always keeping
the client well ahead of the problem curve, Mr. Land believes it�s
essential to answer questions completely to ensure full understanding, to
think through all the issues, drawing on lessons learned from other
projects to provide a comprehensive range of possibilities in

Construction Management/Monitoring Services. Since 1989, Mr. Land
has provided construction-monitoring services on various types of power
generation facilities and industrial facilities in North America. His
background includes a wide variety of types of projects including: solid
fuel (coal, wood, and refuse) power plants; gas/oil fired power plants in
both combined and simple cycle configuration; coal gasification;
petroleum and chemical refineries; pharmaceutical projects; air pollution
control projects; and commercial projects. On power projects, Mr.
Land�s experience includes all major equipment manufacturers for
combustion turbines, steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators,
boilers, transformers and cooling towers. Mr. Land�s extensive first
hand experience in the construction industry provides a unique and
valuable perspective from which he completes his consulting services.
Project Due Diligence. Since 1989, Mr. Land has performed due
diligence reviews on over 200 project financings encompassing: solid
fuel (coal, wood, and refuse) power plants; gas/oil fired power plants in
both combined and simple cycle configuration; coal gasification;
petroleum and chemical refineries; natural gas pipelines; natural gas
storage projects; air pollution control projects; commercial and industrial
projects. He has reviewed project and construction issues related to
contracts, constructability, project and construction costs, and schedules.
