Mr. Hoyt is an associate of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Litigation practice area. His practice is wide-ranging, but focuses on the counseling of companies and individuals involved in commercial and complex civil litigation, intellectual property litigation, construction and real estate litigation, and employment litigation in state and federal courts.Mr. Hoyt regularly advises and assists clients with regard to breach of contract litigation and general commercial and business disputes. Mr. Hoyt served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Chester County District Attorney�s Office from 1999 to 2004 and has considerable experience in all areas of litigation from discovery proceedings and management, taking and defending depositions, to trial and appellate work.
