Gary D. Buchman is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department. He concentrates his practice in commercial real estate leasing and development, and financing and franchising transactions. With nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, Gary has handled acquisitions, development, and financing of retail shopping centers and office properties. In addition, Gary has significant experience in sophisticated leasing transactions as well as in mezzanine and permanent financing, including securitized lending. He represents clients in corporate acquisitions, franchise development and registration.
