Gary E. Muenster is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ESCO Technologies Inc., a St. Louis based company with subsidiaries operating throughout the United States and around the world. Mr. Muenster began his career with the Company in December 1990 as Corporate Director of Accounting. He has held a variety of Management positions within the Finance department, and since 1998, was Vice President and Controller. In 2001, he assumed additional responsibilities for the Treasury, Tax and Internal Audit functions within the Company. Mr Muenster was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in October, 2002 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2005.
Prior to joining ESCO, Mr. Muenster spent five years with a major public accounting firm where his responsibilities included managing financial and operational audits of large publicly traded, multi-national manufacturing companies. In addition, Mr. Muenster has extensive SEC reporting and compliance experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting major from St. Louis University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Muenster is active in several industry and financial management associations in the St. Louis area. |
