Gary E. Ostroff is an associate in the firm�s Commercial Real Estate practice group. Mr. Ostroff is primarily involved in corporate and commercial transactions, including lease negotiations and drafting in connection with retail, office and commercial transactions, due diligence review and preparation in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and acquisition and sales of commercial and residential real estate
In addition to 9 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Ostroff has previously worked in the field of construction law and commercial litigation, and brings to his practice familiarity with issues concerning potential disputes and all phases of commercial construction.
Mr. Ostroff graduated from C.W. Post University (B.A., 1993) with honors and Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 1996). He was admitted to practice law in New York in 1997 as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. |
