Gary E. Constable is an associate in the firm's Corporate, Business and Securities practice group. Mr. Constable is primarily involved in corporate and commercial transactions, including asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures; mergers, consolidations, and other combinations; venture capital and other investments; equity and debt offerings and placements; leasing, licensing, and franchising; regulatory compliance and licensing matters; and secured and unsecured lending.
Mr. Constable has previously worked in the fields of land use and real estate, and brings his familiarity with issues concerning real estate conveyancing, financing, leasing, and development to corporate transactions involving the disposition of real estate interests.
Mr. Constable graduated from Rutgers College (B.A., 1992) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 1996). In law school he was awarded a Richardson Merit Scholarship and the Phyllis Mehler Seavey and Robert W. Seavey Scholarship Prize in Urban Law. He has been admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey since 1997, and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association. |
