Gary E. Enos, executive vice president, is head of State Street's Offshore and Canadian Investment Services, Alternative Investment Services and Consulting and Business Development, a team specializing in internal and external client consulting and the identification and coordination of large, complex, multinational, multi-product deals worldwide. Mr. Enos also oversees our risk management and credit services, which focuses on risk accountability and liquidity lending for Investor Services globally.
From early in his career at State Street, Mr. Enos has been called upon to advance State Street's asset servicing capabilities to meet the demands of the evolving global marketplace. In 1987 Mr. Enos was appointed to service U.S. mutual fund clients beginning to invest internationally, and in 1989 a department was created under him to develop and leverage State Street's global mutual fund expertise. In 1992 he helped redesign State Street's global custody business. He returned to Mutual Funds where he assumed responsibility for some of State Street's chief clients in 1993.
