Gary M. Cohen 48 has been a director of Perrigo since January 2003. He has served as Executive Vice President of Becton Dickinson and Company (BD) a provider of medical supplies devices laboratory equipment and diagnostic systems since June 2006 and prior to that as President of BD Medical one of three business segments of BD since May 1999. He also served as Executive Vice President of BD
from July 1998 to May 1999. From October 1997 to June 1998 Mr. Cohen served as President BD Europe and Worldwide Sample Collection. He has been an executive officer of BD since October 1996. Mr. Cohen presently serves as a board director of the United States Fund for UNICEF the CDC Foundation and the Academic Alliance Foundation and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Rutgers University and the
